The AIBO Clinic customer support centre activity will continue for the time period promised after product discontinuation. Please refer to the product user guide.
As each AIBO model has a specific production discontinuation date, the service operation will be terminated model by model. Please click here for the model-by-model breakdown.
At Sony we endeavour to provide you with products of the highest possible quality. However occasionally, an AIBO Entertainment Robot can develop a fault.
If this happens, you'll be pleased to know that all AIBOs come with a full 12 month warranty.
If your robotic companion does become ill, you can simply click on the link below. Complete the form by entering your details and explain what has happened. This will put you in contact with our repair centre.
Then just arrange a convenient pick-up date, and we'll collect your AIBO, repair it, and return it to you. It's that simple.
